We usually concentrate on one area of our lives with lazer focus such as career or building a business or creating a family just to wake up one day and wonder why don’t I feel satisfied. Women especially tend to begin asking the questions of life between ages of 45 and 60 or so. Often times it is a result of divorce, a death of a parent, or some other life changing experience like empty nest. I call it a crisis of consciousness. This phenomenon is not however, exclusive to women. Men often have these life changing experiences as well but don’t openly talk about it in the way most women do.
This is a time when we start examining just about every aspect of our lives we thought gave us meaning and purpose and where one is asking questions such as:
What do I do now? Am I happy? Who is this person I am with? How did I become so disconnected from others and life?
It is a great time to begin a process of discovery of who you are and how you relate and comunicate that into the world. When we reconnect with our true self we can begin to connect to others in a deeper, more genuine, open and authentice way. This carries over to our business and community.
With the asking of the above questions and your resonance with the statements below we may be able to work together. Please feel free to contact me for further consultation.
